Since they enjoyed the experienceof working with P&H
on their Hillsboro Beach condo so much,
our clients in Glenview, Illinois
(a suburb of Chicago)
knew exactly who to call
when they finally decided to build
a custom home for their primary residence.
After 20 years of living at the same address,
they’ve moved on up
… or rather, across the street!
This elegant home includes a generous gourmet kitchen,
his and hers offices, a uniquely designed suite
for their daughter, plus a finished basement
with club room, bar, exercise room,
and future home theater.
Cues from the family’s German roots
were interspersed throughout the design,
as well as mementos from their daughter’s
childhood and collegiate ice skating years.
After numerous trips back and forth,
it was not only a rewarding experience
to see such a beautifully finished project,
but it was a joy to reunite with old friends
….especially ones that make us feel like part of the family!
